VBACODE.AI is an AI-powered assistant for VBA workflows. The service helps users generate VBA code, fix VBA errors, and explain existing VBA scripts.

• Generate VBA for Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint scenarios
• Diagnose and fix runtime or syntax issues in existing macros
• Explain VBA logic and structure in plain language

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for activity under your account credentials
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights
• Upload malware, abuse platform resources, or bypass security controls
• Use generated output for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans and credit packs are available through our checkout flow. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable recurring or one-time charges shown at checkout.

• Subscription charges renew automatically until canceled
• Prices may change for future billing periods with notice where required
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, branding, and service components are owned by vbacode or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide and improve the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge those policies.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
