This policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on VBACODE.AI. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Technical failures that prevent use of paid features
  • Accidental first-time subscription purchase reported quickly
  • Cases required by applicable consumer protection law

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change-of-mind requests after successful service delivery
  • Used credits, consumed usage, or partially used billing periods
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

4. Request Window

  • One-time credit packs: request within 7 calendar days
  • Initial subscription purchase: request within 7 calendar days
  • Renewal charges: generally non-refundable after renewal starts, except billing errors

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to [email protected] and include your account email, order ID, charge date, and a short explanation.

We respond within 1-2 business days.

6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Creem. Most refunds post within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains active until the current billing period ends, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
